Jodie Monger, PhD is the President of Customer Relationship Metrics (Metrics). Her formal education is in the disciplines of Consumer Behavior, Statistics and Research Methodologies. She is recognized as the inventor of real-time customer experience surveying in the contact center industry. She and her team at Metrics consult with clients to design and then operate real-time post-call survey programs using proprietary hosted data collection systems. The Metrics team specializes in delivering research excellence which transforms customer insights into action.
Dr. Jodie is a frequent and requested speaker at numerous industry events and conferences. She has co-authored several books and dozens of articles that have been published throughout the world.
